All KDGE/102.1 The EDGE contests are open to all listeners, unless a specific age is required and specified by an advertiser, agency or by KDGE/102.1 The EDGE/Clear Channel Radio.Employees of KDGE/102.1 The EDGE/Clear Channel Radio, the contest’s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations in the Dallas/Ft Worth Metro and members of their immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate or win.The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
Contest participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents at least 18 years old as determined by the company and reside in the Station’s Total Survey Area (TSA). A parent or guardian of any participant who is a minor must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize, but the company reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of any minor.Only one (1) entry per person/family per contest, unless otherwise specified.Only one (1) prize per household from any of the Company’s stations within any thirty (30) day period.
All prizes, unless otherwise specified by KDGE/102.1 The EDGE/Clear Channel Radio, must be picked up within thirty (30) days from the date won, weekdays between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM at the KDGE/102.1 The EDGE/Clear Channel Radio offices located at 14001 N. Dallas Pkwy., #300, Dallas, Texas75240.If a winner cannot be contacted, is disqualified or if a prize is not picked-up within the allotted time, KDGE/102.1 The EDGE/Clear Channel Radio reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or to not award that winner’s prize, in its sole discretion.Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize.If a prize awarded becomes unavailable, KDGE/102.1 The EDGE/Clear Channel Radio reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.The Company is not acting as the manufacturer or distributor of any prize awarded.The KDGE/102.1 The EDGE/Clear Channel Radio makes no warranties with respect to any prize.
